Nightmare, nightmare go away
Come again another day

Oily road with twisted lampposts
Light my way like eerie ghosts
Hidden eyes stare but don't see 
Through the fog and rain surrounding me

Run blindly down the street
Stumble then get to my feet
Turning around I try to flee
But I can't move something stopping me

Dripping monsters oozing bile
With hideous faces and gaping smiles
Wearing tattered gowns as they fly
I push them away but I can't get by

Creepy stairways and dark alleys
Hide unseen terrors filled with enmity 
Blind with tears I try not to scream
I fall on my knees
I can't wake up from this dream

Run blindly down the street
Stumble then get to my feet
Turning around I try to flee
But I can't move something stopping me

Blood is racing through my veins
I can hear my heart beat in pain
Eerie laughter fills my brain
My hands scratch the walls all in vain
